As summer arrives, gather with Jennifer to share ideas and practical strategies for settling into a regular home practice and becoming your own teacher. The workshop will include a practice, so come dressed for yoga. 

Appropriate for students with 6 months' Iyengar yoga class experience, and who are free from injuries. We'll save the last half hour of our time together for tea and conversation.​
